Pool Rules

Sabal Harbour Homeowners Association Inc
Community Pool Rules
Updated effective July 30, 2019

  1. The pool is the for the exclusive use by the members of the Sabal Harbour Homeowners Association only and up to 4 additional guests, any additional guests beyond this will require prior approval from the HOA board.
  2. Swim at your own risk, there are no lifeguards present.
  3. Pool hours are from 8 am - 9 pm.
  4. Shower before entering pool.
  5. Children under 16 years old are to be accompanied and supervised at all times by a parent or responsible adult. Parents are responsible for all acts and the conduct of their minor children.
  6. Parents are responsible for ensuring their children do not urinate or defecate in the pool No Diapers allowed in the pool, swim diapers MUST be used.
  7. No running or diving in the pool area
  8. No objects such as balls or toys should be thrown within the pool area, with the exclusion of the use of the water volleyball area of the pool.
  9. No pets within the pool area
  10. Swimsuits are required at all times while in the pool. No topless or nude bathing or sunbathing.
  11. Residents of Sabal Harbour / Sabal Key must accompany their guests and are responsible for explaining pool rules to their children and or guests.
  12. Resident(s) and guests are responsible for cleaning up and discarding any and all trash in provided receptacles upon leaving. Failure to do so will result in any and all cleaning charges incurred to be paid by the resident failing to clean up their trash.
  13. Food and drinks are prohibited within 10 feet from the pool.
  14. Glass Containers are prohibited in the pool area
  15. No alcohol allowed in the pool area.
  16. If you see storm clouds approaching, leave the water immediately and seek shelter.
  17. The use of audio equipment is limited to personal use only and earbuds/headphones must be used at all times.
  18. No Canopies or screen rooms permitted in the pool area
